This article coveres grouping and syncing domains. Grouping and syncing domains gives you the ability to easily compare domains by syncing the same keyword list across all domains within a group.
You can manage related domains by grouping them together. If you choose to group domains, they will be displayed together on the dashboard.
There are several ways to group domains
1. Add a new domain to an existing group: select an existing group when adding a new domain:
2. Form a new group from existing domains: Click on the checkboxes of the domains you want to add to a new group. When you click on the checkbox, a new menu will appear on the left side-bar. Click on the “Group” button, type in a new Group Name, and Submit.
3. Move domains within existing groups: Check the boxes of the domains you want to group, and click on the move button. Choose the existing group you want to move the domain(s) to and press submit.
Once domains are grouped you have the option of pooling keywords so all the domains in that group are tracking the same keyword list. Click on the button to the left of the group name to sync keywords. Refresh your browser once you have synced keywords.
As long as the domains are synced, any keyword added to an individual domain will be added to all domains within the group.
Compare Domains: once domains are synced, a new button will appear next to the group name. Click on the magnifying glass button (left of your Grouped Domains name) to pull up a comparison report:
