What are Teams?
Teams are used to organize and control the domain sets users have access to. We recommend creating Teams before adding users.
How do I create a Team?
- Navigate to Account > Access > Teams
- Navigate to the top right corner of the page. Type your new team name in the New Team Name field, & click Add Teams
- Choose which domains the team can access, and add people to the team
How do I edit the domains a team can access?
- Navigate to Account > Access > Teams and click on the team you want to edit
- Click on the red x button to remove domain access
- Type a domain and press Add Domain to add domains
How do I add users?
You can create an unlimited # of users under your account. To add a user:
- Click the Account button, located on the left side-bar
- Click on the Access button - this button will appear right under the Account button
- Click on the green Invite User button, located on the top right corner of the page
You will be prompted to enter their email address, access level, and which team to add them to.
- Admin Privileges: Users with Admin privileges can add/delete domains and keywords.
- Teams: Add the user to an existing team, or create a new team.
How do I view which domains a user has access too?
- Click the Account button, located on the left side-bar
- Click on the Access button - this button will appear right under the Account button
- Locate the user you want to view, and click on the magnifying glass (“view”) button, located to the right of the user
How do I add existing users to a team?
- Navigate to Account > Access > Teams and click on the team you want to edit
- Type in the name of the user in the Find a user to add field, and press Add User
How do I edit my username and password?
To update your user name and password for AuthorityLabs:
- Click the Profile button, located on the left side-bar
- Click the Edit button on the top right corner of the page
- Update your profile settings and password. Remember to press update.
